Saddle Strong is a simple, effective strength program for riders who want to feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in their bodies.
This program focuses on building balanced, full-body strength, improving posture and core control, and helping you move better—both in and out of the saddle. The training is efficient, sustainable, and designed to fit real life.
You’ll complete two full-body strength sessions per week plus one mobility flow to restore your hips, spine, and core. All workouts use dumbbells and bodyweight only, so no gym is required. With built-in progressions like tempo, reps, and loading strategies, you’ll be able to challenge yourself and get stronger over time without guesswork.
